Huna is a Hawaiian word meaning "hard to see, or secret." Danzan Huna incorporates the wisdom of the Danzan system into self-understanding and self-healing techniques. Huna helps us to recognize the synergy in our physical practice, mental processes and spiritual awareness. Its a great way to end a workout.
